Floxarixphel is committed to your satisfaction. This Return Policy explains the conditions under which we accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for products and design services. Please read carefully before making a purchase or engaging our services.
Eligible wall art and decorative items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Custom or commissioned artwork is excluded from standard returns.
To initiate a return, contact us with your order details. We will provide a return authorization and instructions. You are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Design consultation fees and package payments are subject to the terms in your service agreement. Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on project stage. Consultation deposits may be non-refundable once work has begun.
If you are not satisfied with our design deliverables, we will work with you in good faith to address concerns before any refund request is considered.
Custom furniture, bespoke art commissions, and made-to-order pieces are generally non-returnable once production has started, except in cases of defect or our error. We will confirm all custom details before production.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the credit to appear.
Exchanges for a different size, color, or item may be available for eligible products within the return window. Contact us to arrange an exchange; availability is subject to current stock.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
